A Cradle-Word Prayer

Penned as the wooly-lamb-clouds floated overhead

As the night sky rocks the moon

I cradle-Word my heart

As the crips of morning blows

I speak how Great Thou Art

As the dawn of day arises

I ask my Compass Start

Be with me ever dearly

And never to depart.

With fee of faith I move

I ask the Spirit teach

And show me the way of Love

In kindness I will preach

Then with the tongues of angels*

To others I will read.
